1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Only one account per person is allowed.

2. Rewards & offers

• Rewards are credited only when the offer partner confirms a valid completion.
• Many offers are restricted to first-time users of the advertised app or game.
• Pending offers may be verified for up to 30 days.

3. Cashouts

• The minimum cashout is $400.00 unless stated otherwise on the cashout page.
• Cashouts are typically processed within 8–9 hours of request.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details (PayPal, Venmo, wallet address, etc.).

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use bots, emulators, VPNs to spoof location, multiple accounts, or any method designed to defraud TBR or our offer partners. Violations result in forfeiture of balance and account termination.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or where fraud or abuse is suspected, without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific offer will be available or pay out at a specific amount.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBR's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount in your TBR balance at the time of the claim.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
